Inquiry information
The inquiry form collects your name, email, optional company, selected payload, platform and use, estimated quantity and delivery country. A request reference, submission time and product source page are stored with the inquiry. Include only the project details needed to review your configuration.
Purpose
We use inquiry information to review configuration requirements and respond to your request. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing messages or place an order.
Hosting and email
Cloudflare hosts this website and stores form submissions in a database restricted to the site operator. Cloudflare may process technical request information to deliver and protect the service. Resend delivers inquiry notifications to the operator, including the details you submit so we can respond. Messages sent to our support address are forwarded to the operator’s inbox. Hosting and email providers may process information outside your country.
Access and retention
Inquiry records are not publicly accessible. We keep inquiry information while reviewing your request and for follow-up, and review records for deletion when they are no longer needed. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion. Records required for an agreed transaction may need to be retained separately.
Cookies and analytics
With your permission, Google Analytics measures page visits and actions such as product inquiries, PDF downloads and contact clicks. Microsoft Clarity provides usability recordings and heatmaps on catalog pages. These services can use cookies and process technical information such as your browser, device and approximate location. Analytics do not load until you select Allow analytics. You can change your choice using Analytics settings in the footer.
We do not send your name, email or inquiry text in analytics events. Session recordings are disabled on the inquiry form and on pages with query parameters. Advertising storage and personalization are disabled. Your analytics preference is stored in your browser; the inquiry form also uses a request identifier to prevent duplicate submissions.
